A personal note from Linda: I experienced the Q Process for the first time working with Unity of Buffalo during the Transformation Experience Pilot Program. I could see right away it was a powerful healing tool as I observed people making significant changes in their lives and raising the consciousness in the ministry. I've used the worksheets over the last three years whenever I've felt uncomfortable or diminished. The process has revealed negative myths and beliefs I have about myself and life, and has helped me in healing and releasing them. It continues to be a powerful tool to help me to be who I really am and express more of my divine nature.
