Q?

What is The Q Process?

A.

The Art & Practice of Living with Nothing and No One Against You and its transformational 21-day practice called The Q Process™ weaves together the latest research emerging from neurobiology, developmental psychology, and quantum science with the wisdom of the world’s mystical traditions to offer a powerful path to personal evolution.

Q?

What research do you have supporting this work?

A.

In 2014 Dr. Rima Bonario conducted a research project which measured the effect the 21-day Q Process practice had on participant levels of self-awareness and self-compassion, two key components of developing higher levels of emotional resiliency and higher consciousness. Participants attended a 6 hour workshop in person, completed The Q Process self-awareness practice at least 4 days a week for three weeks (at home) and attended three group coaching sessions by phone.

The treatment group’s state anxiety dropped by 23.6% when compared to the control group and the treatment group’s trait anxiety dropped 19.7% when compared to the control group. The confidence interval is 99.9% and 100% respectively for these results. The treatment group’s self-compassion increased by 19% when compared to the control group. The confidence interval is 100% for these results.

Q?

How can I participate in doing The Q Process?

A.

You can participate in three ways: 1) Attend a live class or workshop; 2) Purchase the home-study videos (we highly recommend elevate your practice by working with a Q coach to support you with the home-study; and 3) Register for an online seminar and group coaching course.

Q?

Is the coaching really needed?

A.

Experience bears out many times that the majority of people see better results when they have a Q coach's support to review their work, answer questions, and provide guidance, tips, and encouragement. Click here to read about our Q Coaches.

Q?

How do I know if I would make a good Q Coach?

A.

If you have a passion for helping people which starts with a commitment to help and heal yourself, you may be a good candidate. Certified coaches, counselors, therapists, ministers, licensed teachers and healers of all kinds have taken are training and are engaged in teaching workshops/classes and coaching clients.

Q?

What exactly does being a certified Q Coach mean?

A.

Becoming a certified Q Coach is the process by which you are given training to use this tool with others. Our program is focused specifically on teaching individuals how to use this tool.
