The Q Process™ Facilitator Training is a transformational experience that will equip you to present the Art & Practice of Living with Nothing and No One Against You workshop and facilitate the Q Process™ This five-day course will take you to a whole new level of your personal practice of living with nothing and no one against you.

When you successfully complete the 5-day training program you will be licensed to conduct the workshop and small group debriefing sessions, and licensed to use the multimedia materials, PowerPoint presentations, and promotional materials created by The Q Effect, LLC.

This training class begins on Monday, November 8th at 8:30 a.m. and will be complete on Thursday evening, November 11. This leaves Friday open for a travel day.

Rima Bonario and the Revs. Jane Simmons and Gary Simmons will take you well beyond professional training and into the realm of profound transformation.

Through a unique blend of interactive training, leading edge information, and spiritual ceremony, you will come away with deep insights into yourself and this profound  teaching. Prerequisites for admission into the Q Process™
Facilitator Training Program include:

• Current credentialed spiritual leader, certified personal coach, licensed social worker, counselor or therapist, or equivalent. Equivalency will be determined through the application process. Experience in areas such as these will be considered: a long-time sponsor within a 12-Step program, experience as peace worker, Be Peace practitioner, mediator, etc.
• Experience teaching a class or workshop (ideally The I of the Storm)
• Experience in leading a book study or small group discussion of spiritual principles
• Past participation in the 6-hour Art & Practice workshop (either live or on video) and completed the exercises in the program and in the Art & Practice Workbook
• Completion of the Art & Practice Workbook and the 21-day Q Process™
• Experience using PowerPoint technology

What Participants Receive

Participants will receive relevant experience in presenting the Art & Practice workshop and facilitation of the 21-day group Q Process™. In support of these objectives each participant will receive:

• Detailed training manual
• 6 Hour Art & Practice Workshop DVD set
• A flash drive containing The Art & Practice PowerPoint presentation (entire slide deck), all multimedia film clips, and all related handouts
• Embrace Tiger, Return to Mountain—Spiritual Conflict Manager Audio CD
• Resilient Educator’s Training (HeartMath™) and workbook
• Licensing Agreement

In addition, those attending the course may apply to Unity’s Spiritual Education and Enrichment program (SEE) for 10 elective credits. Post-grad credit with Unity World Wide (formerly the Association of Unity Churches International) is also available for ministers and licensed Unity teachers.

Term of License is three years. Updated manuals and presentation materials provided on renewal of license.

Q Process™ Facilitators are eligible to become a Certified Q Effect Associate—Once approved, they may utilize The Q Effect business model that includes online workshop registration, web page, web-based workshop marketing system, branded marketing materials such as business cards and brochures, and other features to enhance promotion.
